JobDescription:

WesternWyoming Beverages is searching for a highly organized and detail-motivated HumanResources Specialist to join our growing team! The Human Resources Specialistwill play a crucial role in managing our company's HR functions, includingrecruitment, employee engagement, employee relations, benefits administration,and compliance with HR policies and procedures. In this role, the HRS will playa vital part in supporting our employees throughout their entire lifecycle withthe company, from recruitment to retirement. The ideal candidate will be aproactive and detail-oriented professional, with a passion for making apositive impact on our workplace culture. You will be responsible for a varietyof HR tasks, including attracting top talent, onboarding new hires,administering benefits, vacation scheduling, coordination of performanceevaluations, training, safety, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Asuccessful candidate will work beyond their core job functions to develop therole of Human Resources within the organization. The HRS will also design and administer acomprehensive employee retention program with a focus on building our team,advancing an effective culture and ensuring that WWB is a preferred place towork in the region. This could include, but are not limited to, improvingemployee communication, developing and implementing incentive programs,developing score cards for employee turnover, developing analysis to compareWWB against peer employers and searching out industry and regional bestpractices.

Strictattention to detail, organization, self-motivation, and the highest value onconfidentiality are all necessary characteristics for the position. Thisposition will require a strong communication skills for both internal andexternal stakeholders of the business. The ideal candidate will possessexcellent computer and customer service skills, be extremely dependable, workwell as part of a team and have the desire to go beyond the job description todevelop and implement strategies to improve our business.

KeyResponsibilities:

·Develop and implement HRstrategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

·Bridge management andemployee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

·Address employee relations issues, such aswork complaints and harassment allegations, in a timely and effective manner.

·Manage the recruitment and selectionprocess byidentifying candidates, conducting reference checks, and issuing employmentcontracts. to attract and select high-quality talent. Assist inthe recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening applicants,scheduling interviews, and conducting initial phone screens.

·Support current andfuture business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, andpreservation of human capital.

·Implement and administeremployee policies and procedures.

·Manage a salaryadministration program by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling andconducting job evaluations; preparing change of wage forms; monitoring andscheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing paystructure revisions.

·Facilitate employeeenrollment and navigation of benefits programs, including health insurance,retirement plans, and other personnel packages.

·Support the developmentand implementation of HR initiatives and systems.

·Provide counseling onpolicies and procedures to staff and management.

·Be actively involved inHR projects, such as organizing training sessions and workshops.

·Maintain employee records(attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.

·Assess training needs to apply and monitortraining programs.

·Oversee employeedisciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.

·Contribute to team effortby accomplishing related results as needed, fostering an environment ofteamwork and growth.

·Address employee queriesregarding HR-related issues, such as leave management and benefits.

·Participate in theorganization of company-wide professional development events, team-buildingactivities, and other corporate events to engage our employees.

·Oversee and manage aperformance appraisal system that drives high performance.

·Ensure compliance withfederal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.

DesiredQualifications:

ABachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a combination of relevant experience andeducation with a minimum of 2-5 years of direct HR experience.
